SCULPT Studios Pilates offers three signature classes.
Intro SCULPT, the perfect starting point to learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates. Core SCULPT a dynamic full-body workout focused on strength and precision. Soothe SCULPT a slower-paced session designed to restore, release and rebalance.
INTRO Sculpt
A welcoming, slower-paced session designed for those new to Pilates. Rooted in classical Pilates principles with an emphasis on alignment, breath and foundational movements. No experience needed, perfect for beginners.
INTRO SCULPT will leave you feeling supported, confident and connected to your body.

CORE Sculpt
Our signature class.
This is a full body dynamic reformer workout. Designed to build strength, endurance and mobility through seamless flowing sequences. Expect targeted muscle activation, enhanced core engagement along with the added challenge of props.
CORE SCULPT will leave you feeling powerful, lengthened and energised.
SOOTHE Sculpt
A calming, slower paced reformer class designed to gently restore body and mind. Flowing sequences and mindful movement to release tension, ease stiffnes and build core stability. Soft lighting and a nurturing pace.
SOOTHE SCULPT will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed and deeply restored.
